Our History

FAT Systems Inc. is a computer consulting company that has been providing IT services to Calgary-area businesses since 1996. Our clients come from multiple industries including oil & gas, retail sales, accounting, health and medicine, and aviation, and have a diverse range of networking needs.

Our Staff

Our staff come from diverse backgrounds that give us a broad range of experience including computer maintenance, network administration, software development, database development, and computer systems training.

Our Services

Analysis & Design

Computer network needs analysis. Design LAN topology. Design hardware and software solutions for current and future requirements.

Documentation & Record keeping

Network site maps and schematics. Network user names, login IDs, and passwords. Email addresses, login IDs, passwords, and configurations. Hardware warrantees and software license information.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting

Regular monitoring of systems health and antivirus status. Regular software updates and patches, including antivirus. Diagnosis and resolution of hardware & software problems. Scheduled replacement of out-of-date hardware.

Procurement

Design and specification of hardware and software needs. Supplier recommendations and price quotes. Acquisition, delivery, and installation.

Reporting

Detailed records of all work performed.

User Support

Help-desk style support for all users on all hardware and software issues.
